systems
Oversee resolution of service tickets and enhance provider
satisfaction
Collaborate with vendors to improve healthcare provider tools
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain favorable DoD background investigation
3+ years of provider systems support and education experience
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
