Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operational Excellence
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform compliance reviews and maintain departmental documentation
as directed by management
Document non-compliant items and assist management with remediation
efforts
Collaborate with internal and external partners to address
compliance-related issues
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of the insurance industry and state/federal
guidelines
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
3+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in an
analytical role
2+ years of experience supporting management in writing operational
procedure documentation preferred
Completion of or participation in process improvement certification
courses preferred
