Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming communications and ticket requests, ensuring
effective distribution and response
Prepare reports and assist with various administrative tasks and
projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in administrative, secretarial, or office support
roles
Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database
management programs
Ability to operate basic office machines and manage office
systems
