Key Responsibilities
Define and influence growth strategy and analyze key growth
initiatives
Research regulatory and competitive landscape changes to identify
growth opportunities
Create dashboards and track KPIs relevant to growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in management consulting or BizOps/Growth at
a high-growth startup
Experience in a startup environment, preferably in healthcare
Strong analytical skills with a proven record of generating
insights and driving change
Experience with market sizing and business case modeling
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau,
and/or PowerBI
