Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tri-Lingual Patient Liaison (English,
Spanish, and French).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites,
vendors, and related parties
Schedule travel requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials
and manage vendor interactions
Process expense reimbursements for approved expenses and train
study site personnel on using the online portal
Required Qualifications
BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life
sciences industry preferred
Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (spoken and written)
Experience working with multiple independent vendors to meet
deadlines
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and
Outlook
