Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap balancing Web2
and Web3 strategies
Drive user acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and
incentive structures
Elevate brand presence across various channels and oversee
community engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a Tier 1
institution; an MBA is a plus
10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business
development roles
Experience at top tech firms or leading Web3 companies
Deep understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, and community-led growth
strategies
Strong experience in performance marketing, SEO, and funnel
optimization
