A company is looking for a Digital Content Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and design innovative content to educate and support
internal and external customers on digital release items and
projects
Gather and analyze technical and product information to create
content for new or changing functionality
Manage content projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
while maintaining a content library for internal and external
use
Required Qualifications
Experience in content development and editing for a digital
organization
Video creation skills for producing quick "How-To" videos
Experience with Walk Me and creating walk-throughs and alerts
Ability to effectively gather and analyze information from various
sources
Familiarity with content development and maintenance practices
