Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Posting Supervisor -
REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise staff and monitor productivity and accuracy, providing
ongoing feedback and training
Compile and produce reports for management, incorporating data into
performance reviews and bonus calculations
Resolve payment variances and personnel issues, acting as a liaison
with management and other departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of a high school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
in a business or health-related field preferred
At least 2 years of experience in an anesthesia or clinical pain
setting, with related experience considered
Three to five years of prior supervisory experience in medical
billing and collections preferred
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of patient accounting
systems
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
