deliver personalized service and support client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain effective relationships with producers,
customers, and office staff
Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts to meet
sales goals
Manage workload while adhering to guidelines for customer
responsiveness and timeliness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-high school coursework or equivalent work experience
preferred
Life and Health insurance licenses required
2+ years of client service or relationship management experience in
the insurance field
