Key Responsibilities
Administer the sales compensation program and manage month-end
processes using Xactly
Collaborate with sales management, finance, and people teams to
ensure incentives drive performance
Provide analytical and technical support for global sales
compensation programs and communicate strategies effectively
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in compensation, operations, or financial
analysis, with 1-2 years managing sales compensation processes
Experience in SaaS or recurring customer subscription model
companies
Proficient in end-to-end commission tool administration, preferably
Xactly
High proficiency in Excel/GSheets and Salesforce
Demonstrated project management capabilities
