Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Customer Service Support
Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per
day
Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and
provide necessary information
Evaluate current policies and SOPs, recommending process
improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year of work experience required
Previous call center and customer service experience strongly
preferred
Previous medical experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining
productivity
