Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collections
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound calls,
ensuring cash collection and resolution
Negotiate payment arrangements with patients and document
commitments for follow-up
Provide information on the Financial Assistance Program and refer
calls to appropriate entities as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum 3 years experience in a healthcare environment
preferred
Minimum 2 years in healthcare account management with customer
service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
Strong organizational and time management skills
