A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Managed Services
Sr. Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the client-facing representative for the Cloud HCM Managed
Services area
Manage the daily ticket queue and assist with task delegation
Conduct client meetings and team meetings to ensure needs are met
and workloads are managed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle
Cloud HCM
Extensive experience across multiple functional areas of Cloud
HCM
Strong experience in leading a team of Oracle Cloud consultants
Ability to gather business requirements and perform functional
fit/gap analysis
Experience in creating functional specs and leading
implementation/upgrade life cycles
