Job Description: The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision from engineering and management, assist in new product introductions, and ensure a repeatable and efficient manufacturing process.

Responsibilities: Work with engineers to introduce new products to manufacturing.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in production.
Perform mechanical assembly work as needed.
Update and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes.
Assist in the repair and maintenance of test fixtures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with cleanroom (CR) procedures while working in a bunny suit.
Be available for overtime, night shifts, and weekend work as required.

Experience: Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
Ability to update and create clear, repeatable manufacturing process documentation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (bunny suit required)
Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
