Job Description:

A company is looking for a Medicare/Medicaid Research Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Perform research, analysis, development, and evaluation of systems, procedures, and data in assigned functional areas
Support data analysis, technical assistance, and assistance with Medicare/Medicaid data study protocols
Contribute knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid data by analyzing health service use, spending, quality of care, and health outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in health policy, public health, healthcare management, epidemiology, or a related program; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of related experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid data analysis and health services research
Programming and analysis experience in at least one data analytics software package (e.g., SAS, Python, Java, or R)
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid research protocols and data products
