You're also a compassionate individual who understands the importance of building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.What You'll Do:Lead by Example: As a Clinical Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical service team. You'll set the tone for the department by modeling a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Ensure Exceptional Client Service: You'll work closely with clients to ensure that they have a positive experience at our hospital. You'll answer their questions, address their concerns, and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.Manage and Develop Staff: You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating clinical staff. You'll also provide ongoing coaching and development to help your team members reach their full potential.Optimize Workflow and Efficiency: You'll continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency of the clinical service team. You'll identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and ensure that the team is always operating at peak performance.Maintain a Safe and Positive Work Environment: You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment for both staff and patients. You'll enforce safety protocols, address any workplace conflicts, and promote a culture of respect and collaboration.Education and ExperiencePrevious experience in a veterinary leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
