94539Schedule:Training Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:30
PM for 8-12 weeksRegular Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 2:00 PM -

by Example: As a Clinical Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible
for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical service team.
You'll set the tone for the department by modeling a positive
attitude and a strong work ethic.Ensure Exceptional Client Service:
You'll work closely with clients to ensure that they have a
positive experience at our hospital. You'll answer their questions,
address their concerns, and go above and beyond to exceed their
expectations.Manage and Develop Staff: You'll be responsible for
hiring, training, and evaluating clinical staff. You'll also
provide ongoing coaching and development to help your team members
reach their full potential.Optimize Workflow and Efficiency: You'll
continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency of the
clinical service team. You'll identify bottlenecks, implement
process improvements, and ensure that the team is always operating
at peak performance.Maintain a Safe and Positive Work Environment:
You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work
environment for both staff and patients. You'll enforce safety
protocols, address any workplace conflicts, and promote a culture
of respect and collaboration.Education and ExperiencePrevious
experience in a veterinary leadership or supervisory role,
demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.High school
diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Candidates with an Associate's degree or a high school diploma,
along with at least four years of relevant veterinary experience
showing growth in responsibility and skills will also be
considered.Active California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
license preferred.Requirements and QualificationsA genuine
