What You Will Be Doing
Interact with guests providing
directions and assistanceProtect employees, guests, and company
propertyEnforce park policiesControl park access, checking vehicle
permits and scanning ID badges for team members, vendors, and
contractorsPatrol and inspect assigned areas of the parkKeep
unauthorized personnel out of restricted areasGreet and screen
entering through metal detection and check their bags for
prohibited itemsRapidly respond to active alarms, first aid, and
other emergency situationsMonitor all areas for safety hazards,
including fire, theft, and vandalismMaintain ride queue lines,
sending line jumpers to the back to ensure an efficient boarding
processWrite detailed reports of damage, incident logs, and
security recordsApprehend violators, including on-foot pursuits
when necessaryEscort guests and team members as needed for
assistance and protectionHow You Will Do It
Ability to work in an environment as
fast-paced as our coasters Demonstrate a strong work ethic and
commitment to safetyStrong attention to detailEnforce all park
policies and proceduresCautious and reliableRemain calm in
emergency situationsWhat You Will Need
- Must be 18 years or olderCurrent Guard
Card or Proprietary Private Security Officer CardAble to lift,
carry, and balance heavy loadsPhysical qualifications to stand,
walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shiftExcellent verbal
and written communication skillsAble to work a flexible schedule,
including nights, weekends, and holidaysIf you are able to answer
