Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will
design and code functional programs and applications to serve
clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales
process and improve lead management
Provide accurate reporting on key performance indicators and
actionable steps for customer experience improvement
Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related
systems and processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com
administrator
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification required; Advanced
Admin (ADM211) certification preferred
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate
user adoption
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and
functionality
Strong data management abilities and project management skills
