Customer Service & Support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the future-state vision and long-term roadmap
for CSS
Guide leadership in defining annual business outcomes and
structuring fiscal year objectives
Evaluate ongoing initiatives and provide recommendations for
data-driven prioritization decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in
business planning or related roles
2+ years of experience in customer support
Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop structured
roadmaps
Experience aligning investments and priorities across
cross-functional teams
Data-savvy with the ability to leverage insights for
decision-making
