Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Architect, Conversational
AI & Prompt Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI conversational flow logic and manage
dialogue state and intent recognition models
Integrate chatbots with backend systems and enhance capabilities
through custom scripts and API calls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document conversational
logic for scalability and maintenance
Required Qualifications
Expertise in conversation modeling techniques and experience with
LLM-based conversational AI
Familiarity with frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, and Amazon
Lex
Experience in developing and optimizing intent classification
models and context management strategies
Knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit tests and A/B
tests for chatbot performance
Experience with conversational AI voice systems and understanding
of vector databases is a plus
