Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk Advisor.
Key Responsibilities

Provide risk advisory services related to Allowance, Capital, and Finance, focusing on CECL processes and improving the risk and control environment
Oversee and manage inventories of risks, controls, models, and vendors, facilitating communication and remediation of concerns
Advise on model risk management throughout development and maintenance stages, ensuring timely resolution of model-related issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in the same field
Preferred area of study includes Finance or Risk Management; advanced degree is preferred
Knowledge of core risk management techniques and practices, including RCSA Development and Issue Management
Experience at a Large Financial Institution with understanding of regulatory guidance and expectations
Ability to work effectively across various levels of the organization and leverage data to identify concerns and propose solutions
