Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer transactions and build strong relationships through
inbound calls
Educate customers on insurance coverage options and create tailored
quotes
Meet monthly KPIs and recommend improvements for internal tools and
customer experience
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in
insurance
Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of
employment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Willingness to learn and gain knowledge of insurance products and
technology
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
