segment. The Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR)
plays a crucial role within the Marketing team, working closely
with the Enterprise Sales team, to generate new sales
opportunities. This strategic position is dedicated to identifying
key decision makers and generating sales meetings within Enterprise
accounts.This is a full-time position based out of our San
Francisco office.What You'll Do
- Hunt and prospect into named enterprise accounts and generate
meetings with all levels of employees from C-Level to data
analysts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Account
Executives to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue
goals.
- Demonstrate a deep interest in our Enterprise customers' data
challenges and pain points while being able to give an intro to how
Airbyte solves them.
- Create personalized outreach cadences specific to the account
and use case.
- Log activity, categorize sales lead information, and collect
and share customer feedback internally.What You'll Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level understanding of the enterprise data space.
- At least one year of customer facing sales experience, ideally
with previous SDR/BDR experience at a B2B technology company.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Common Room,
and / or similar marketing and sales technologies, or a
demonstrated ability to learn quickly.Location
- San Francisco Bay Area. Hybrid, twice per week in office.Salary
- $59,500 base + $25,500 Variable ($85,000 OTE) + Equity Package,
