A company is looking for a Lead Developer, SME.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of application code, ensuring compliance with
business requirements and standards
Mentor junior and senior developers, assisting in resolving issues
with application code
Manage complex work activities in a deadline-driven environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related
field with eight years of relevant experience, or ten years of
experience without a degree
Experience in Agile development
Ability to mentor and lead junior developers
Proven experience in an Enterprise IT environment
Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical
stakeholders
