Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for user issues and custom application
modifications
Analyze and translate requirements from diverse user
constituents
Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, and security
management of Salesforce applications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in software development or related field with 2+
years of relevant experience
2+ years of Salesforce administration and development
experience
Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration and
architecture
Experience in translating customer requirements into technical
specifications
Demonstrated understanding of data security for confidential
information
