• Perform PC system imaging, Deployment, OS installation, and repair.
• Process Helpdesk tickets and provide end-user support.
• Troubleshot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to desktop, laptop, printer, and IoT devices
• Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components.What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience or A+ Certification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal, and written communication.Excellent customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge on PC and its components.Ability to dismantle, and re-assemble laptops and desktops
  • Knowledge of Computer Networks and connectivity TCP/IP is a plus
  • Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment handling tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature.
