Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter to support recruitment
efforts for their Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales divisions in the UK
& EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles and
position profiles
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles within the
Enterprise & Mid Market Sales divisions
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a strong
pipeline of passive candidates
Required Qualifications
6+ years of recruiting experience in enterprise, strategic, or GTM
roles within the Software or SaaS industry
Experience hiring Account Executives with over 3 years in hunting,
prospecting, and closing
Strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape
Exceptional project management skills and ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
Proven track record of establishing trust with hiring managers
