• Competitive salary with $100k in incentives for BC physicians
• Inpatient stipend of about $18k per year for pediatricians who take a share of inpatient call
• Student loan repayment, a $10k sign-on bonus, and $10k for relocation assistance
• Mostly outpatient cases with a daily patient census of 20 - 22
• Join 9 pediatricians; work Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm with no weekend clinic hours
• Receive 6 weeks of vacation time and a CME allowance
