Job Description:
A company is looking for an RN Clinical Educator in the Patient
and Community Education Department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead system-wide strategies for evidence-based health promotion
programs
Manage orientation, professional development, and mentoring for
clinical staff
Develop and evaluate educational programs and collaborate with
clinical partners
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in nursing or an education plan to achieve it
within three years
Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
preferred
Three years of clinical experience required
Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of
practice
Must maintain required department-specific competencies and
certifications
