Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Retention Representative in
a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assess and identify consumer
insurance needs
Provide technical sales insight and explain complex insurance
product information
Document consumer inquiries and follow up on requests for
information
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business, or Marketing preferred or
equivalent work experience
3+ years relevant experience in a call center environment
Existing Life and Health Insurance License preferred or ability to
obtain within 30 days
Demonstrated ability to sell insurance products
Strong understanding of PC applications and ability to
multi-task
