Job Description:

• Work Dates Needed: ASAP (roughly 3 to 4 weeks out with credentials) 6 months or longer
• Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• Worksite Setting: all outpatient
• Scope of Work: This is a primary care Adult Clinic. Our patient population experience homelessness, poverty, and addiction. It s important our providers understand complex care for patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns. 18+ years of age on all patients
• Requirements: Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
• 16 patients a day must be seen
• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Possession of a valid California license as a physician.
• Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible in appropriate field.
• Possession of BCLS/CPR certification.
• Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate.
• Possession of Data 2000 Waiver to prescribe controlled substances or must attain within 3 months of hire.
• Covid shot with boosters
• Must have addiction medicine experience & be comfortable treating for these medications
• EMR: EPIC
• Pay Rate: 150-165 Posted Date: 2024-10-14
