As a Senior Director of People Experience Engineering, you will
help shape the future of People Experience systems, analytics, and
automation, ensuring we stay at the forefront of digital
transformation.This leadership role reporting to the Head of
Business Applications in the Information Technology team sets the
strategic vision and execution roadmap for People Experience
technology, analytics, and process optimization, with a focus on
scalability and innovation. You will lead a Global team of
engineers, Solution Architects, and Analysts, applying modern
technologies to modernize our People Experience platforms and
enhance the employee experience.Responsibilities:
- Develop a next-generation People Experience Systems strategy,
aligning with our goals and latest People Experience technology
trends.
- Promote AI/GenAI transformation within the People Experience
function, applying intelligent automation, natural language
processing, and predictive analytics to improve People Experience
services.
- Partner with leaders from People Experience, IT, and other
departments like Finance, Legal, Security and Game Studios to
translate workforce needs into scalable, intelligent People
Experience solutions.
- Build and evolve the People Experience systems landscape,
including HRIS (Workday or similar), Talent & Performance
Management (Success Factors or similar), Benefits, and Employee
Learning/Mentoring Platforms.
- Integrate AI/ML-powered capabilities to enhance recruiting,
talent and performance management, total rewards, learning, and
workforce planning.
- Establish a People Experience data governance framework,
ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with global
regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Be a trusted technology advisor to People Experience
leadership, IT teams, and other business partners.
- Lead change management plans, ensuring successful adoption of
new People Experience technologies and AI-driven solutions.Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information
Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of cross-functional technology leadership experience
in People Experience Systems, AI/ML, or Digital Transformation,
with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in People Experience systems (e.g., Workday, SAP
SuccessFactors, Avature or similar) and AI-powered HR tools.
- Hands-on experience in AI/GenAI technologies, automation, and
People Experience analytics platforms.
- Experience leading global teams and driving large-scale People
Experience technology transformations.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe

determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate
factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications,

RANGESIn the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time
off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16
paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with
baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability
insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles
