Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Counterparty Risk
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and prioritize commercial risks impacting
business operations and financial performance
Develop and implement fraud detection strategies and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead investigations of compliance issues and provide regular
reporting to senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 12+ years of
work experience, including 10 years in project management and 5+
years in solar operations
Experience in fraud detection, risk management, and operational
excellence
Proven track record in B2B2C sales and managing orphaned
customers
Advanced skills in Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office, particularly
Excel
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple
projects effectively
