Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Compensation to
oversee sales compensation administration and lead a team of
analysts and specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and ensure accurate processing of all Sales Incentive Plans
and compensation programs
Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to address
sales performance metrics and ensure compliance
Lead process improvement initiatives and manage sales compensation
software and systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business,
Accounting, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in sales compensation, payroll, accounting,
or systems support
Prior experience in Sales Compensation Administration
Knowledge of sales commission schemes and sales incentive
technology platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead large projects and manage teams
effectively
