Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Development to
manage customer relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at
customer institutions
Act as a strategic partner to understand customer challenges and
promote Civitas Learning solutions
Oversee the Success Planning process and ensure effective execution
to maximize customer ROI and contract renewals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 12 years of relevant professional work experience in EdTech
or higher education
Experience in preparing and delivering executive business reviews
to senior-level executives
Ability to manage multiple accounts and effectively coordinate
cross-functional teams
Experience using Google Suite and adaptability to new
technologies
