Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate of Asset Management
who will support asset management activities related to a portfolio
of real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic asset management and perform detailed financial
analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders and monitor compliance with
agreements
Lead the quarterly asset review process and manage capital
improvement projects
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience with equity investments across multiple
property types
Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Argus
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proactive and diligent team player in an entrepreneurial
environment
