Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP In Market Sales responsible for
leading sales and operations for Direct Agent and In-Market Sales
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategy to grow the in-market and agent
program
Lead agent sales and in-market teams to achieve revenue targets and
increase MID count
Analyze metrics and produce reports to support growth and
performance improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 15 years of experience in merchant services, payments, or
fintech sales
Proven track record in building and growing outside sales or agent
functions
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience managing a P&L
