Visit to learn how our diverse and innovative team is helping connect, protect, and power our planet.RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Collaborate with design engineers to prepare IC layouts for tapeout on one or more of the following technologies: SiGe, CMOS, SOI, GaAs, and GaN.--- Perform Cell and Chip level schematic entry, IC layout, and verification (LVS, DRC, ERC) for RFICs.--- Floorplan, chip layout, routing, and verification, and support/assist in tapeout.--- Develop documentation and training materials.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Relevant experience and a willingness to learn is necessary.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics Calibre, AWR, and Keysight ADS.
• Experience with Linux and Windows computer systems.
• Linux shell scripts, Skill, AMPLE, Perl, Python is a plus.
• Candidate must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proven capability to accomplish tasks independently and work as part of a team.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $108,000 - $140,500, relevant for the California Bay Area (subject to change dependent on physical location).Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo.
