Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead
multiple engineering teams and build a core data organization layer
for security products.
Key Responsibilities
Own the vision and execution of the comprehensive enterprise
knowledge platform
Drive platform adoption across internal R&D teams and external
enterprise customers
Build and mentor engineering managers across global development
centers
Required Qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing
managers
Strong track record of hiring and developing engineering
leaders
Experience building and scaling platforms that process sensitive
enterprise data
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product and business
stakeholders
