Job Description:
A company is looking for a Third Party Billing Specialist I who
will ensure accurate and timely invoicing for third party and
direct bill students while providing operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process Tuition Deferment Agreement eForms and related
documentation
Assist with invoicing activities and ensure accuracy for assigned
third party student populations
Serve as the point of contact for assigned third party partners and
respond to inquiries within 24 hours
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
required
At least one year of experience with student ledgers, stipends, and
invoicing preferred
Knowledge of invoicing processes and third party billing
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Experience in customer service and maintaining interpersonal
relationships
