Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Process Automation
Specialist to join their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI agent tools to support Sales, Marketing, Customer
Support, and Revenue Operations teams
Create AI solutions using low-code platforms to automate lead
qualification, marketing content generation, customer inquiries,
and revenue reporting
Integrate AI agents with internal systems and implement dashboards
to track performance and business impact
Required Qualifications
Experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and
API integrations
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms
(e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
Understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, or
Customer Support
2-3 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing, or Sales is
preferred
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP and LLMs is a
plus
